Therefore, we kindly ask you to help us respect our dress code in all common areas of the hotel, except for the pool area.

Whether you have plans or not, we have a vitally important one for you in the event of an emergency.

Hotel SB Ciutat Tarragona has 2 emergency staircases marked on each floor.

In the event of an incident, inform Reception by dialling extension 9 or 1500, leave your room immediately and close the door behind you. If the exits are blocked, stay in your room and place wet towels or clothes at the bottom of the door to prevent smoke from entering the room. Stay close to the window so you can be seen.

Reuse

Hang your towels to dry so you can reuse them. It will make a big difference in caring for the planet.

Smoke-Free Hotel

In order to ensure a healthier and smoke-free stay, this hotel does not allow smoking in the rooms or in any closed common space. Outdoor spaces are enabled to meet the needs of those guests who wish to smoke.

For safety reasons, the use of candles or other items that give off strong odours is also not permitted.

Guests who do not respect the SMOKE FREE policy must assume an additional charge of €200 for cleaning the room.
